How our delivery service works

We are dedicated to offering you a fast and efficient service.

Our sea moss gel is produced daily for freshness and shipped the same day on all orders placed before 11am.

We only ship on a next day full tracked service via Royal Mail.

Delivery is £5 on a next-day tracked Royal Mail service, or £3 on a 48-hour tracked service for non-perishable items like herbs and black seed oil. Spend £40 or more and delivery is free.

All orders placed between Friday - Monday before 11am will be shipped on a Monday.

Please ensure you have checked the shipping address before confirming your order. Please let us know about any errors immediately, whilst we will do our best to change details of the shipping address, once an order has been posted we are unable to make any amendments.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive notification of this via email.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 3 days please contact us.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is able to receive your order.

We will not take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries or wrong delivery address details.
