Has a very strong taste. But it feels like you can feel the benefits right away. I have added to smoothie and I think it’s slightly too strong, but I could have added too much! I’m going to make a face and hair mask with it and I think it will be perfect for that!

I take sea moss daily but felt like I needed something else to help my immune and other things within my body, so ordered black seed oil from Mylasmoss as they have the Ethiopian black seed oil which is the best one.. within two days I started to feel a slight difference in how I feel, its now been a week and haven't had to used my asthma pump at night, the taste isn't bad it's as though I took a mouth full of seeds, so I take just before I eat. Overall is doing me good and I'll definitely be back when I run out!
