I started taking the kidney cleanse as I really just wanted to do a bit of a detox along with the liver cleanse. I started using the kidney cleanse to begin with and noticed more energy in myself and noticed a change in my mood in a positive way! I also noticed I feel less groggy and my mind feels clearer so I think I was overdue a detox. All in all top marks from me I'm on my 2nd bag now and I plan on carrying on for the foreseeable 👍🏻
